We are committed to delivering quality online learning experiences. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before enrolling.
1. Cancellation by the user
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to the official support address.
- If the cancellation request is received before accessing course content, a partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable administrative and processing charges.
2. Cancellation by the MHP
- MasterHealthPro reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., technical issues, faculty unavailability).
- In such cases, users will be offered the choice of:
- A full refund, or
- Transfer to an alternate batch/course of their choice (subject to availability).
3. Refund Policy
- Registration/Admission fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after:
- Deducting charges for administrative, payment gateway, and any digital study materials provided.
- Verification of cancellation eligibility.
- No refund will be provided in case of:
- Violation of MasterHealthPro or disciplinary policies.
- Access or download of a substantial portion of course material or attendance of multiple live sessions.
