    • 1. How do I create and edit my profile?

        Click on the “SIGN UP” button at the top right of the homepage.

        Fill in the required details and click “Create Account”.

      • c. 

        To edit your profile, log in and click on your name at the top right.

        Select “Account Settings” and update your information as needed.

    • 2. How can I change or reset my password?

      • a. 

        Log in and click on your name at the top right.

      • b. 

        Go to “Account Settings”.

      • c. 

        Click “Reset Password” and follow the instructions.

    • 3. Can I change the email address associated with my account?

      • a. 

        Log in and click on your name at the top right.

      • b. 

        Go to “Account Settings”.

      • c. 

        Enter email address in the “Email Address” text box

    • 4. What should I do if my account is compromised?

      • a. 

        Log in and go to “Account Settings”.

      • b. 

        Click “Reset Password” immediately.

    • Certificate Generation and Download

    • 1. How do I download my certificate of completion?

      • a. 

        Upon successful course completion, your certificate will be auto generated.

      • b. 

        Go to your Course Page and click on the “Progress” tab.

      • c. 

        Click “Request Certificate”; after a few seconds, a “View Certificate” button will appear.

      • d. 

        Click it to access and download your certificate.

      • e. 

        Certificates are also available in the Dashboard under the completed courses section.

    • 2. Can I change the name on my certificate?

      • a. 

        No, the certificate name is based on the profile name at the time of course completion.

      • b. 

        Ensure your profile name is correct before finishing your course.

    • 3. What are the completion criteria for different courses?

      • a. 

        Minimum 60% score in assessments is needed to complete the course and generate the certificate for the courses.

    • 1. How do I create and use course notes?

      • a. 

        This feature is available if enabled by the course author.

      • b. 

        Highlight any text in the course content; a pen icon will appear.

      • c. 

        Click it to add and save your notes, which can be accessed under the “Notes” tab.

    • 2. How are lectures marked as complete?

      • a. 

        Lectures are automatically marked as completed once you view all content and complete required assessments.

    • 3. How can I ask questions about the course?

      • a. 

        If discussion forums are enabled, a “Discussion” tab will be available.

      • b. 

        Post a new question or engage in existing discussions.

    • 4. How do I enable subtitles for videos?

      • a. 

        If enabled by the course author, subtitles will appear automatically.

      • b. 

        Click the “Subtitle” button on the video player to enable them.

    • 5. How do I download course resources?

      • a. 

        Navigate to “Course Handouts” on the right side of the dashboard.

      • b. 

        Click on the file you want to download.

    • 6. How do I search for courses on MHPro Academy?

        Use the search bar in the navigation menu to find courses by name or topic.

    • 1. Are these courses recognized by regulatory bodies?

        Courses are designed for professional development and upskilling of medical professionals and medical students and are not recognized by government agencies.

        Certificates are issued in collaboration with renowned medical associations like Dental Surgeons Association of India (DSAI) & Dental Students Welfare Association of India (DSWAI). We also collaborate with professional bodies such as CPD / CME for course accreditation.

        We are continuously working to obtain additional endorsements

    • 2. Do the courses include practical training?

        Courses are 100% online; no in-person practical sessions are included.

      • b. 

        Online live practical sessions are conducted for limited courses.

      • c. 

        Interactive sessions with course directors are conducted monthly to address learner queries. The date and time of the session will be notified to enrolled users via email and WhatsApp.

        Yes! Our courses are developed by globally recognized medical experts and provide evidence-based learning.

        While we do not offer job placement assistance, the skills gained make you job-ready, especially in high-demand fields like Dentistry & Cosmetology.
